Tucked away in the gardens of elevation652 is The Eyrie and The Den — a double-storey escape that could be your ticket to King Valley. Sleeping up to 10, The Eyrie and The Den provide an enchanting experience for the whole family. The Den is the newly renovated downstairs space with two bedrooms, the rustic charms of barn doors and exposed beams, a finely trimmed bathroom and a small kitchenette. The Eyrie sits above The Den as a studio-style open living area. Boasting a private balcony, bbq and spacious lounge, The Eyrie is a perfect getaway spot.
With the option of booking both spaces for a large group or just choosing your favourite, The Eyrie and The Den are our most versatile accommodations. Instead of full kitchens they are equipped with a microwave, toaster and kettle.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
The Fine Print
The Eyrie: Rates quoted are for twin share (2 people). There is a surcharge of $60 per person for additional people. Additional surcharges also apply to long weekends with public holidays, Christmas and Easter – please contact us for details. One night bookings are non-fundable, must be paid in advance and incur a $50 surcharge over the normal rate.

Payment methods include VISA, Mastercard, Cash, or EFT. Our cancellation policy requires a non-refundable deposit at time of booking for one night’s accommodation. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, full payment is due. All property damaged will be charged at replacement value. Because we have many free-ranging animals already, all accommodation at elevation652 at Mt Bellevue is pet-free.
