Powers Lookout
Powers Lookout is a historically rich and visually stunning destination, just a 25-minute drive from Elevation652. This dramatic rocky escarpment was once the strategic hideout of infamous bushranger Harry Power in the 1860s, and it’s easy to see why he chose the site for its commanding vantage point! From the cliff-top, you’ll enjoy sweeping, panoramic views across the King Valley and the distant Alpine peaks. There are two viewing points, including one that requires a short walk involving stairs and a ladder for the most dramatic outlook.
King River
The King River meanders through the heart of the valley, offering a refreshing natural escape.
