About Your Stay
We’re located at the very top of Mt Bellevue, in Victoria’s stunning High Country, just a short drive from the King Valley wine region and nearby towns like Whitfield and Myrrhee.
We offer three unique, self-contained farm stays, The Cattleman’s, The Lakehouse, and The Garden House. Each have their own character, views, and comfort. Together, they can host up to 18 guests.
Our standard check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and arranged in advance with our team.
Yes, all accommodations have reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating. The Cattleman’s and The Garden House also feature wood fireplaces with complimentary firewood supplied.
Yes, all beds are made with fresh linen and towels provided for your stay.
Starlink Wi-Fi is available in all our accommodations; however, we are in a rural setting, so mobile coverage can vary by provider, part of the charm of being in the High Country!
Farm Experiences & Activities
Yes! You’re welcome to explore the orchard, olive groves, and some of the walking tracks across the property. From your accommodation, you can also enjoy the walk to our beautiful sunrise and sunset lookouts. For safety reasons, vineyard access is by arrangement only, as machinery operates at various times.
Absolutely, guests love visiting our miniature donkeys, pygmy goats, and horses. Please enjoy them respectfully, be mindful of the electric fences, and don’t feed the animals unless accompanied by a staff member and don’t enter the gate to the enclosure.
While it’s very unlikely you’ll encounter a snake or spider during your stay, Elevation652 Farm is a genuine country property surrounded by nature. We encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings, especially when walking through grassed areas or near dams and fences.
Our farm team regularly maintains paths and lawns to keep the property tidy and safe, but as with any rural environment, it’s wise to keep an eye out and ensure children stay close and wear shoes outdoors. If you do happen to see any wildlife, please enjoy it from a distance and let our team know, they’ll be happy to help.
The dam is home to trout and ducks, and while it’s not suitable for swimming or fishing, it’s a beautiful spot to relax or enjoy a picnic. Please make sure children are supervised at all times around the water.
Guests can use our tennis court and BBQ areas, or enjoy bushwalking, lookouts, and picnics by the orchard. For children, we have a playground located at the top of the olive grove near the orchard, children must be supervised at all times. Group bookings may be arranged for mountain biking or clay target shooting (by prior approval).
Yes, we can put you in contact with chauffeur-driven wine tours through the King Valley, visiting local wineries, producers, and attractions.
Yes, guided farm tours are available by prior arrangement and are subject to staff availability. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
To help keep the farm safe, sustainable, and enjoyable for all, please take a moment to read the basic farm rules below. Your cooperation ensures Elevation652 remains a thriving and welcoming place for every guest and every animal. This is a working farm. Your safety and the welfare of our animals depend on you following the rules.
– No entry to animal enclosures, machinery areas, barns or sheds.
– Stay clear of all moving machinery.
– Stay on walking paths only. Children must be supervised outdoors at all times.
– Do not feed or touch animals unless supervised by one of our staff.
– No touching fences (may be electric) or equipment.
– No pets allowed due to biosecurity rules (Service Dogs exempt)
– No bikes or drones near animals.
– If a gate is closed, do not open it.
– No smoking indoors – please do not extinguish cigarettes on the ground due to bushfire risk.
– Park in designated areas only.
– Private or off-limits areas are clearly mapped.
– Wildlife may be present – observe, do not approach.
– Zero tolerance for animal mistreatment or property damage.
– Eviction may occur for serious breaches.
Housekeeping
– Water is rain-fed and drinkable – please use it conservatively.
– Remove all food from fridges and put rubbish in outside bins before check-out.
– Wash and return all dishes and leave the property clean and tidy.
– Extra cleaning fees apply for dirty BBQs, fridges, or excess rubbish.
– Return all furniture to its original place; indoor furniture must stay inside.
– Lock all doors and windows before leaving and switch off all heating/cooling.
– Keys must be returned to the key holder.
– BBQs and ovens must be cleaned after use, or fees apply.
– Only registered guests allowed on site • Quiet hours: 10pm–7am.
Other Information
– Check-in time is from 2.00 pm. Check-out time is from 11.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. We ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time. To help us protect our animals and maintain strong biosecurity on the farm, entry is managed through a secure gate. Each vehicle will be given its own unique access code, which is linked to the vehicle registration. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll get in touch to collect your vehicle details and provide your personalised gate code for smooth entry during your stay. You do not need a code to leave the property; however, if the gate does not open automatically, please use your code to open the gate.

Food & Dining
The Cattleman’s features a full kitchen with a modern oven, cooktop, fridge, and all you need to prepare family meals. The Lakehouse and The Garden House each offer well-equipped kitchenettes with a microwave oven, cooktop, air fryer, compact fridge, sink, and essentials for light cooking. All three include BBQs and dining areas, perfect for cooking your own meals with local produce.
While we don’t offer breakfast, The accomodation includes facilities so you can enjoy meals at your own pace. We also highly recommend visiting local cafés and farm shops nearby, we’re happy to share our favourites!
Not on site, but we’re close to some wonderful local cafés, pubs, and wineries in the King Valley, we’re happy to provide recommendations.
For larger groups or special occasions, catering and private dinners can sometimes be arranged with prior booking.
Practicalities
Yes, all linen and towels are supplied, freshly laundered and ready for your stay.
At this stage, we can’t accommodate guest pets to ensure the comfort and safety of our farm animals. If you have special needs or circumstances please give us a call and we would be happy to discuss.
Smoking is not permitted inside any accommodation or near the animals. Please be very careful if you are smoking outdoor as we are in a bushfire zone.
Yes, each accommodation has dedicated parking, including a double garage at The Cattleman’s.
We don’t offer room service, but we’re happy to vacuum and change towels for longer stays if requested.
