Set high above the King Valley at the very top of Mt Bellevue, our 1,500-acre farm offers endless views, crisp mountain air, and the time to simply slow down. From sunrise to sunset, there’s always something to discover. Guests can wander through our fruit orchard and olive groves, visit the miniature donkeys, pygmy goats, and horses, or take a relaxing stroll down to the dam, where ducks and trout enjoy the clear mountain water.

Our Lookouts

Take a walk to one of our two scenic lookouts, Sunrise and Sunset Point, and soak in breathtaking views of the High Country. For corporate bookings of 18 guests or more staying on the property, mountain biking, clay target shooting, sheering shed access or helicopter scenic flights around the king valley can be arranged by prior approval only.
